Bronze plan fee: You pay $899 initial agent setup fee to list and maintain your property's information on MLS® system, upon successful sale of the property we require ($2500 for homes under $500,000 or 0.5% of the selling price for homes over $500,000) you determine the buyer's agent fee.
Silver Plan fee: You pay $490 initial setup agent setup fee to list and maintain your property's information on MLS® system, upon successful sale of your property we require 2.5% of first 100,000 of selling price and 1% of balance. You determine the buyer's agent fee.
Gold Plan fee: 3.5% of first 100,000 of selling price and 1.25 % of balance when your home is sold, no setup fee.
You determine the commission you want to pay the Buyer's Agent in all plans.
